BOSU/Disc

A great way to both work on strengthening the core muscles that wrap around your waist and support your spine and improve your balance and coordination is with a new workout tool called a BOSU which stands for "both sides up." On one side it is a half of a balance ball on the other side it is a flat surface.

This is a great tool that allows you to complete a variety of different workouts. Inflatable discs or foam pads are another type of workout tool to exercise your nervous system and improve your balance and coordination. This is a great way to reduce your risk of injury as you age. Many age-related injuries are due to falls because of poor balance and coordination.

Reviews By Our Satisfied Patients

  • "Simply said I've been going to Chiropractors since I'm 16 and have seen six over time. I'm now 61. Only once before, and he retired, did I find a magician like Dr. Stu. He had me walking after coming in hunched over and not being able to get in and out of my car. Thank you Dr. Stu. My wife and I are so thankful that we found you."

  • "I don't trust just anyone with my spine. Dr. Stu has adjusted me many times. He's awesome."
